Visiting Nurse Group (VNG) is your single source for home healthcare needs. We work with several referral sources such as insurance companies, physician offices, hospital discharge planners, social workers, family members, trust officers, estate planners, and supports coordinators of various state waiver programs. VNG understands the great responsibilities that fall upon you. Often you’re faced with arranging care for a client or loved one. Whether it’s around the clock nursing or simply the visit of a home health aide that’s needed, VNG is the answer!

We’re Convenient & Experienced

VNG offers every level of care, 24 hours a day, every day. Our local office headquarters allows us to respond quickly. We are one of the most experienced home care companies for special needs, technology dependent children and young adults in the region.

Assessments by our qualified Registered Nurses are available at no cost so that we can determine the level of care your client or family member will need. Nurses can handle tasks such as making physician appointments, re-ordering medication, accompanying patients to outpatient therapy or school to name a few things. Staff will help keep the organization of the client’s care to a comfortable, manageable level that can be relied upon.

Our Insurance Coordinator and administrative clinical support team work diligently with the physician to expedite obtaining the eligibility and approval process for services while making certain the appropriate care is ordered to reflect the specific needs of your individual client or family member. Medically fragile children and young adults who have ongoing medical needs are eligible for our services.  A physician’s signed letter of medical necessity will be required to authorize services. In conjunction with our Staffing Department and Director of Nursing/Patient Services we will supply the appropriate caregivers that best meet the patient’s needs to promptly begin services.
