Private Duty/Shift Care Nursing

Our Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) perform specialized nursing care on a shift basis up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All services are performed in the home or school and include management of tracheostomy, ventilator programs, gastronomy care, seizure disorders, cerebral palsy, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and congenital anomalies. Nurses can handle tasks such as making physician appointments, re-ordering medication, accompanying patients to outpatient therapy or school to name a few things. Staff will help keep the organization of the patient’s care to a comfortable, manageable level that can be relied upon. All cases are supervised by highly skilled RN Nursing Supervisors. Both RNs and LPNs serve as a vital link to the physician, family members and the clinical team at the .

Home Health Aide

Home Health Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants provide personal care to patients and assist them with activities of daily living such as feeding and transfers. They may also assist the nurse in their care if ordered.
